Tribalco Welcomes Patricia Hale Becker as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Tribalco, LLC, a global leader in C5ISR and mission-critical technology services and solutions, announced that Patricia Hale Becker has joined the company as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Ms. Becker will provide a broad range of company-wide legal support with a focus on contracting, compliance, and intellectual property development. She will also serve as a member of Tribalco’s Executive Leadership Team.

Ms. Becker brings 30 years of legal expertise specializing in business operations, organizational transformation, intellectual property strategy, and government contracting. She has a history of success in devising and implementing solutions that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and minimize risk. Most recently, Ms. Becker served as an Associate General Counsel for Booz Allen Hamilton. She previously held positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation and CHG Group, Inc. She also served as a U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General.

Ms. Becker currently serves as Associate Editor for the ABA Public Contract Law Journal and the Budget & Finance Officer for the ABA Public Contract Law Section. Ms. Becker received her Juris Doctorate from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Virginia Bars.
